Used Booth & Relocation Inspection

Know what you're getting before you buy, move or take over a paint booth.

A Spray Booth Services technician inspects the booth end to end and tells you what's working, what needs maintenance or repair, and what to plan for. Pricing depends on the booth and the job, so call for a quote.

Who it's for

Three moments when a booth inspection pays off.

Buying a used booth

Find out what condition the booth is really in before you pay for it, ship it and install it. Read what to inspect first.

Moving a booth

Know what's worn before the move, so you can plan repairs into the project instead of discovering them after. Read what's involved in a move.

Taking over a shop

Inherited a booth with a new building or business? Get a clear picture of where it stands and what it needs.

What the technician checks

An end-to-end look at the booth by a booth specialist.

A booth can look fine on a walk-through and still have worn belts, loaded or bypassed filters, a slow burner or controls that don't work as they should. Those problems show up later as rework, gas bills and downtime.

Our technician inspects the systems that matter most and walks you through what needs attention, in priority order. It's the same end-to-end inspection as our Booth Health Check, timed for a purchase, a move or a takeover.

What we check

Airflow & pressure balance

Intake and exhaust airflow and cabin pressure, so overspray clears and dirt stays out.

Filters & plenum

Intake, ceiling and exhaust filters, plus the plenum, checked for loading, fit and bypass.

Burner, heat & cure cycle

Burner operation, temperature and the bake cycle, checked by the technician.

Fans, motors & belts

Belts, sheaves, bearings and fan wheels inspected for wear that quietly drops airflow.

Controls & safety interlocks

Panel, sensors, pressure switches and interlocks checked for reliable, safe operation.

Doors, seals & lighting

Door seals, latches, light fixtures and lenses checked for leaks, dirt entry and dim light.

What you get

  • A clear rundown in priority order: what's in good shape, what needs maintenance or repair now, and what can wait.
  • Something to plan and budget with: know what to fix before you buy, during the move, or in your first months running the shop.
  • A technician's opinion, not a sales pitch: you decide what to do next. If you want, we schedule the work.
