Protection Maintenance

Maintenance that pays for itself.

Scheduled service keeps your booth at peak performance, catches small problems before they become breakdowns, and puts you first when something goes wrong.

Why maintenance

Avoid equipment breakdowns.

Most service calls and breakdowns can be avoided with regular maintenance. So we built a program that maximizes your booth's up time — which means you maximize your revenue. A qualified technician services your equipment on a set schedule and leaves you with a written report on its condition.

Popular with body shops and production lines alike, on every major brand.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

What's included in a maintenance visit?

Airflow and balance, filter condition and replacement, belts and wear items, burner and heat checks, and a full inspection. Every visit ends with a report showing equipment condition, repairs needed, and recommendations.

How often should my booth be serviced?

Most shops do well with service twice a year, with belts replaced annually. High-volume booths may need more frequent attention — we'll recommend a cadence based on how hard you run.

Can you deliver filters on a schedule?

Yes. Our maintenance program includes optional scheduled delivery of intake, ceiling, and exhaust filters — what you need, when you need it — so you never run a dirty booth.

Do maintenance clients get priority?

Yes. If your booth goes down, maintenance clients come before everyone else. That priority scheduling is one of the biggest reasons shops sign up.

Is maintenance worth it versus just repairing when something breaks?

Scheduled maintenance catches small issues before they become expensive breakdowns, protects finish quality, and keeps your booth efficient. It typically pays for itself in avoided downtime and rework.
