Paint Booth Repair & Maintenance in Dallas–Fort Worth

On-site spray booth repair, maintenance, cleaning, and filter monitoring across the DFW metroplex. Part of John Baker Sales, in business since 2003.

Serving Dallas–Fort Worth

Paint booth specialists for North Texas.

Spray Booth Services works on paint booths, prep stations, and the compressors that feed them, and nothing else. In Dallas–Fort Worth that means collision shops running hard after hail storms, industrial lines that can't afford a down booth, and finishing shops chasing a clean coat through long, hot summers.

We service all major brands and handle everything from a single burner repair to scheduled maintenance and full booth cleanups. Spray Booth Services is a division of John Baker Sales, in business since 2003.

What North Texas conditions do to a paint booth

DFW booths work hard, and the climate adds load on top of production. These are the patterns we watch for:

  • Heat. Long, hot summers put booth motors, controls, and compressors under constant heat load. Compressors run hotter and push more moisture downstream, so dryers and drains need regular attention. Panel and air temperature also change how coatings flash and cure.
  • Dust. Dry, windy stretches and nearby construction load intake filters faster than the calendar suggests. Clogged intakes starve the booth and pull balance off, so check manometer readings more often.
  • Storm and hail season. After a big storm, collision work stacks up and booths run longer cycles for weeks. A check before the rush is cheaper than a breakdown in the middle of it.

Dallas–Fort Worth paint booth service questions

Do you cover the whole DFW metroplex?

We cover Dallas, Fort Worth, Addison, Arlington, Irving, Garland, McKinney, and the surrounding area. If you're on the edge of the metro, call to confirm.

How quickly will you respond?

We respond to every service request within one business day. If your booth is down, tell us when you call so we can plan the visit around it.

Can you keep our production booth uptime high?

That's the goal. A Booth Uptime Plan catches wear before it stops the booth, and maintenance clients get priority when something does go wrong.

Does Texas heat affect my booth and compressor?

Yes. Heat adds load to motors, controls, and compressors, and hot compressors push more moisture into the air lines. Regular dryer and drain service keeps water out of the finish.

How often should we change filters in a dusty season?

Go by airflow, not the calendar. Watch your manometer readings, or let Smart Filter Monitoring email you when filter airflow says they're due.

Which brands do you service in DFW?

All makes and models, including Garmat, GFS, Accudraft, Blowtherm, Nova Verta, USI Italia, Col-Met, Eagle, Binks, DeVilbiss and Spraybake.

Do you service compressors too?
