Cleaning is a good time to check the rest of the booth

With the booth out of production and the surfaces clean, worn door seals, damaged light lenses, and buildup in the exhaust path are easier to see. Overspray that gets past the filters ends up in ductwork, where it restricts airflow over time. See booth ductwork buildup and leaks. If we find something that needs repair, we'll explain it and quote it separately. Nothing gets added without your approval.

How long does a cleanup take?

It depends on booth size and how much buildup there is. We'll assess your booth and give you a realistic timeline so you can plan around production.

How often should a booth be cleaned?

It varies with how hard you run and what you spray. Many shops schedule a full cleanup periodically to keep lighting bright, contamination down, and daily upkeep easy.

Does the booth have to be out of service?
