We check intake and exhaust airflow and cabin pressure, so overspray clears and dirt stays out.
Filters & plenum
Intake, ceiling and exhaust filters, plus the plenum, checked for loading, fit and bypass.
Burner, heat & cure cycle
Burner operation, temperature and the bake cycle checked so your booth reaches and holds cure temperature.
Fans, motors & belts
Belts, sheaves, bearings and fan wheels inspected for the wear that quietly drops airflow.
Controls & safety interlocks
Panel, sensors, pressure switches and interlocks checked for reliable, safe operation.
Doors, seals & lighting

How much does an evaluation cost?

What happens after the evaluation?
We walk you through what we found, in priority order. You decide what to fix now, what to plan for, and what can wait. If you want, we schedule the work.
Is this the same as filter monitoring?
No. An evaluation is a one-time, on-site inspection by a technician. Smart Filter Monitoring is a system that watches your filter airflow 24/7 and emails you when filters are due.
Do you evaluate all makes and models?
Yes. We work on all major booth brands, including Garmat, GFS, Accudraft, Blowtherm, Nova Verta, USI Italia, Col-Met, Eagle, Binks, DeVilbiss and Spraybake.
When should I get an evaluation?
When you take over a shop or buy a used booth, before a busy season or an inspection, or when finishes, cure times or airflow aren't what they used to be.
